Skopelos
Located to the east of Skiatho is the Greek Island of Skoplelos, which is the largest Sporades Island. The island is home to lush forests and vibrant olive groves, which descend down to it's sun kissed shores. Visitors can explore the island on foot and escape into a tropical paradise in Skopelos. The main town (Skopelos Town) is picturesque, with white washed houses, an ancient fort and a quaint harbour. There are also over three hundred and eighty churches in the main town, which are worthy of exploration. The beaches are enchanting and there are many to choose from, with Skiathos only a short ferry ride away it is the perfect place to escape the madding crowds.
