We are here to ensure that we can make the process of searching for and booking your holiday or flight, as simple and as easy as possible. Our website provides you with the best search tools, so that YOU are empowered to find the most suitable deals. We are open seven days a week with experienced travel consultants available to personally talk to you about your holiday or flight. Below you will find information on how we can help you further.

How do I find the right holiday or flight?
Our fast live search engine checks thousands of deals from all the major tour operators. Either click on a price and preferred destination from the home page, or use the flight or holiday search button from the navigation bar on the left. You can also use our Quick Search bar to quickly find the holiday of your choice.
This will display the search results page. You can then click on any element to refine your search to that criteria. For example, by clicking on your preferred departure airport, only holidays from that airport will be displayed. You can further refine your search by duration etc until you have a shortlist of bargains to suit you.

How do I make a booking?
Once you have chosen your holiday simply call one of our experienced sales consultants on telephone number 0844 553 3500, who will be happy to take your booking or assist further. To make the process speedier please quote the holiday reference number, which can be found at the top of Your Quote Page.

When are you open?
We are open seven days a week and you can call us on 0844 553 3500 during the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 8am - 10pm
Saturday: 9am - 6pm
Sunday: 9.30am - 6pm

How do I pay?
We accept the following methods of payment:

By cheque with a valid cheque guarantee card. All cheques must be made payable to MCS Ltd

What is included in the price?
Prices for package holidays generally include flights, transfers and accommodation for return trips per person. Most prices are based on two people sharing. We will inform you of certain prices which are based on four or more people sharing. Supplements for under occupancy may apply and may vary according to the time of the year. Any such supplements will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Certain tour operators may charge a small fee for transfers to hotels on late availability bookings.
There may be a small ticket on departure charge for late availability bookings. Occasionally your return airport may differ from the outward airport.
You will be informed about any of the above by our travel consultants at the time of booking.

How do I get more information about the accommodation?
We are unable to send out travel brochures. However, we can sometimes e-mail further information about your holiday. Our travel consultants will inform you if this facility is available for your enquiry.
