Adra
The Adra holiday resort in Costa Almeria is a beautiful coastal resort at the west of the Almeria province, with a blue flag status for safety and quality. Spectacular beaches surround the resort and the town itself is rich with a vivid history, as it dates back to the eighth century. Still a working fishing harbour, the resort offers a variety of excellent seafood restaurants and daily fish auctions. The town is well maintained and its attractions include the Paseo de Natalio Rivas promenade, the Church of the Immaculate Conception and a historic mill, which has been restored. Visitors can also take strolls through the many picturesque squares, vibrantly colourful parks and the town's museum.
