Mojacar

The resort of Mojacar is located in a romantic setting, with cobbled streets, whitewashed houses and enchanting sandy beaches. It is one of the most picturesque towns in Spain; with the cerulean waters of the Mediterranean lapping at it's unspoilt shores. Originally an ancient Moorish fortress, the town has attracted writers and artists to its untouched shores, which over the years converted to tourism. The boom in tourism has not marred the town and it still remains a tranquil and quaint resort, which offers visitors a relaxing holiday in a beguiling setting. Historically the town boasts a village centre with alleyways reminiscent of a casbah and Roman relics contained within the maze of cobbled alleys.
